This article would be perfect if the wheels "rolling" because once the bolts tight, the wheels turn more and if we loose, we lose them!! Very good product, useful and effective, apart from the system hardware, the need to continually tighten, and wheels that do not rotate if you tighten the bolt properly. It is necessary to tinker a little for it to work as it should.
